Playing with airbrushing

I started using a new editing program, not photoshop coz I can't afford that but heyy... I looked online to find tutorials on how to do stuff and found some so I was able to learn how to use the program to airbrush and whiten teeth and this is basically what I've got... I may post a before and after picture so people can see more what I've actually done.
